Named after Meir Meerapfel, who in 1876 set up the Meerapfel cigar factory in the village of Untergrombach, Germany. The Meerapfel Meir is a limited-annual release of 613 chests per year. Everything about the blend including the wrapper, binder, filler and origin are all undisclosed.

The Meerapfel Meir Churchill has evolving notes of leather, milk chocolate, toasted nuts, espresso, cedar, ginger-retrohale spice, and dark roast coffee.
