Refund policy

At cigar13, we take great pride in the quality and condition of our cigars. Because tobacco products are perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions, our refund policy is strictly defined as follows:
1. FINAL SALE ON TOBACCO PRODUCTS
All tobacco products, including individual cigars, samplers, and boxes, are Final Sale.

Due to health regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has been delivered.

We cannot guarantee the storage conditions (humidity and temperature) of tobacco products once they have left our facility, and therefore they cannot be restocked.
2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect items, we will make it right.

Notification: You must notify us at support@cigar13.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

Resolution: Depending on the situation, we will issue a replacement or a store credit.
3. NON-TOBACCO ACCESSORIES
For non-tobacco items (lighters, cutters, humidors), we offer a 14-day return policy.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-damaged accessories.
4. REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

Pre-Shipping: You may cancel an order for a full refund before it has been processed for shipping.

Age Verification Failure: If an order is canceled because you failed to provide valid age verification, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and transaction costs.
5. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. We do not offer exchanges based on personal taste preferences.
