Shipping policy

1. ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED (21+)
In accordance with federal law and the PACT Act, all shipments containing tobacco products require an Adult Signature (21 years of age or older) upon delivery.
The delivery carrier is required to check a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm the recipient's age.
If no adult is available to sign for the package, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts. If the package is returned to us, a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
2. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We comply with all state and local regulations. Due to strict tobacco laws, we currently DO NOT ship to the following states:
Utah
South Dakota
Hawaii (specific restrictions apply) We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. All orders must be shipped to a physical residential or business address where an adult can sign for the package.
3. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Order Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Transit Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. HUMIDITY CONTROL DURING TRANSIT
To ensure your cigars arrive in premium condition, we ship all orders in sealed, humidified packaging (e.g., Boveda packs or specialized humidor bags). This guarantees freshness for up to 14 days in transit.
5. TAXES AND FEES
Cigar13 is located in Florida. Sales and tobacco taxes are calculated and collected based on the shipping destination's state and local tax laws.
