1. TOBACCO PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS (AGE 21+)
cigar13 does not sell tobacco products to persons under the age of 21. * By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age.

Any attempt by a person under the age of 21 to purchase tobacco products is a violation of legal statutes.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe the customer is not of legal age. Falsifying your age to purchase tobacco is illegal and may result in legal action.
2. AGE VERIFICATION PROCESS
You acknowledge that cigar13 utilizes a third-party age verification system to confirm your identity and age.

You authorize us to use the personal information provided by you to perform such checks.

If the automated system cannot verify your age, we will require a clear copy of your government-issued photo ID.

Your order will be held until verification is complete. If you fail to provide a valid ID within 72 hours, your order will be canceled and may be subject to a restocking fee.
3. SHIPPING & ADULT SIGNATURE

Adult Signature Required: All tobacco shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. The shipping carrier is required to check ID.

Shipping Restrictions: You are responsible for complying with your local and state laws. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Some states (e.g., Utah, South Dakota) prohibit the direct shipment of tobacco; orders to these states will be canceled.
4. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
