Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Available nationwide.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Priority handling and faster delivery.

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available on select orders placed before 2 PM EST.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping speed, and delivery address.

  • Orders over $200 qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the continental U.S.

Age Verification & Signature Requirement

  • You must be 21 years or older to purchase cigars from Cigar13.

  • An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery, in compliance with federal regulations. Please ensure someone of legal age is available at your shipping address.

International Shipping

  • At this time, Cigar13 only ships within the United States.

  • International orders are not available due to tobacco import restrictions.
